I am a home cook who loves to bring joy to others through my food. I was born and raised in Trinidad, an island in the Caribbean, and recently moved to Texas where my goal is to promote and showcase authentic Caribbean cuisine and products.
I have spent a considerable amount of time over the years experimenting in the kitchen and adding different ingredients to enhance the flavours of typical dishes that I grew up eating. This has resulted in me creating a repertoire of popular Caribbean foods that have been frequently enjoyed by my family and friends. I also just launched my own garlic sauce which will definitely take your meals to the ultimate level of deliciousness. 
Food is my passion. Anyone who knows me will tell you that "I love meh belly."  I use the freshest, finest ingredients when cooking to ensure that my meals are of the best quality.  On my catering menu, you will find a wide array of dishes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds and leave you salivating for more.
